Square Tubes for General Structure Application(JIS G3446)

01 Variety of product lineup including small square tubes under 40x40

• We hold the +50 kinds(by out diameter) of product lineup from 12.7x12.7 to 100x50

02 Implementing chamfer considering safety at construction sites

• In many cases, end parts of square tube are cut since a burr attached thereto may cause the safety problems for workers.
• Furthermore, it requires a special method to chamfer square tube because of their shape characteristic.
• We save the time spent on cutting at construction site by implementing chamfer for square tubes under 40x40

03 Outstanding flatness of side part

• As to square tube manufacturing, the bigger width/height ratio, the more difficult to make.
• We've developed and offered 100x20 square tubes(width/height ratio=5:1) on mass production basis.

01 Manufacturing small-diameter tubes under 3/8 inch

• Lance tube is the tube used for supplying oxygen to furnaces.
• We're specialized in offering small diameter fluid-carrying tubes(3/8". 1/4", 1/8") used as lance tube.

02 A variety of additional treatment process applicable

• We implement a diversity of additional treatment such as GPE(Galvanized Plain End), GTC(Galvanized Threaded Coupling) and BTC(Black Threaded End)
• Especially, threaded coupling is aplicable to 3/8', 1/4' and 1/8'.
