- We offer the high-tensile tubes over 590MPa, thin-walled tubes under 3% in terms of T/D on mass production basis by improving forming-process technology.
Surface quality control considering Emotional-Quality
- Chassis related auto-parts are mostly electric coated, so the tubes applied thereto are required to be made using PO(Pickled & Oiled) coil as a material.
- However, without paying close attention, tubes using PO coil as a material are likely to be scratched during manufacturing process because the mill scale is completely detached from PO coil surface. Furthermore, scratches on tube surface stand out when the auto-parts are coated.

Identification of welding part considering auto-part manufacturing process
- In many cases manufacturing auto-parts using ERW steel pipe, welded parts are sensed through robots. Therefore, tube makers are often requested to mark welding-part identification to the outer or inner side surface of tubes to prevent false operation of sensor.
- We developed Patch-Tubes enabling welded parts' identification in response to these requirements.
